Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
Because our items are made to order, our policy is exchange only. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us through Etsy within 14 days of the item’s delivery.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of item. We will cover the cost to ship the new item to you.
We will ship your exchange as soon as possible after receiving the return package. Though we do our best to get exchanges out as quickly as possible, new orders typically take priority, so there may be a slight delay in receiving your new item.
Returns are typically not accepted, however if there is an issue with your order please reach out and we will assist!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Whispers & Quills is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. However, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues that may arise. If your package does not arrive or is missing, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you navigate the situation. Thank you for your understanding!
Custom and personalized orders
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. If a package is not delivered/lost due to an incorrect address, any additional production & shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you need to change the address, please send us a message within 1 hour of purchase.
