Absolutely phenomenal service here, both customer service as well as the actual product. Jarom was super helpful and was willing to work with me on replacing my iPod's faceplate after seeing his work on Reddit. Being able to get a transparent faceplate for the 7th gen was the last thing I needed for my already modded iPod to be perfect for me, and I'm so glad I went to Jarom to get it done. The old Etsy I remember still lives on in storefront owners such as him!

The seller was super nice, he was very accommodating with choosing the faceplate and sending pictures to visualize. I requested a clear faceplate and he ordered it!
