This is a fantastic item, exactly as described and my cat immediately took to it…. once we finally received it. The shipper uses USPS. After placing an order Feb 24, and waiting for two weeks for a shipment from VA to GA, which should be quick, the shipper had to send a replacement via UPS on March 11, which was received in 2 days. So my only issue was with the shipping- not the shop owner who was amenable. (The USPS shipment never arrived in the end!) Recommended product for sure but beware of shipping!
