Quería compartir un poco sobre cómo llegué a hacer joyas de piedras preciosas y aceites esenciales. Tuve mi primer hijo hace 5 años y después del embarazo y el parto quería reducir la cantidad de productos químicos e ingredientes dañinos a los que estaba exponiendo a mi familia. Comencé a usar aceites esenciales y quería algunas joyas hermosas que fueran comparables para un accesorio, pero que también funcionaran con mis aceites. Comencé a hacer cosas solo para mí y mi familia y poco a poco tuve más y más amigos preguntando sobre piezas. En ese momento también me estaba metiendo en los cristales curativos y las diferentes propiedades. Para mí, los dos estaban destinados a ir de la mano, así que recuperé un poco de stock, llegué a mi primer mercado y ha crecido a partir de ahí. Aunque me encanta el aceite esencial y las joyas de piedras preciosas, también me encanta cualquier cosa delicada y que tenga un poco de brillo, así que he comenzado a trabajar eso en mi marca también. Avanzando rápidamente 5 años, ahora tengo dos pequeños humanos siguiéndome alrededor de mis tobillos y siempre queriendo ayudar a hacer lo que sea que haga. Puede ser frustrante y un completo desastre, pero me encanta compartir mi pasión con ellos. Tienen sus propias cuentas más grandes con las que jugamos y por la noche, después de que se han ido a la cama, me sirvo una copa de vino y me pongo a crear para todos ustedes maravillosos clientes.

I wanted to share a little bit about how I got into making gemstone and essential oil jewelry. I had my first child 5 years ago and after pregnancy and birth I wanted to reduce the amount of chemicals and harmful ingredients I was exposing my family to. I started using essential oils and wanted some beautiful jewelry that would be comparable for an accessory but also work with my oils. I started making things only for myself and my family and slowly had more and more friends inquiring about pieces. At that time I was also just getting into healing crystals and the different properties. To me, the two were meant to go hand in hand so I got a bit of stock made up, hit my first market and it has grown from there. Although I love the essential oil and gemstone jewelry I also love anything dainty and that has a little sparkle so I have started to work that into my brand as well. Fast forward 5 years, I now have two little humans following me around my ankles and always wanting to help do whatever I do. It can be frustrating and a complete mess but I love to share my passion with them. They have their own larger beads that we play with and at night after they have gone to bed, I pour myself a glass of wine and get creating for all you wonderful customers!
