5 out of 5 starsThis ring is stunning! It is beautifully made and exactly what I hoped for. The shipping was quick, the packaging pristine, and the silver polishing strips a pleasant surprise. So glad I made this purchase!

5 out of 5 starsI love these - they are made with paints that are reminiscent of the 80's. Everything I have purchased from this shop has been high quality. If you see something you think you might like, you almost certainly will like it. Each piece demonstrates a high degree of craft.

5 out of 5 starsThe brooch is gorgeous and it's workmanship is perfect. The choice of colors and materials is balanced and impressive. The presentation of the jewel and it's package is beautiful too. During the shipping process Mark gave me great support. He's a kind and caring person and customers oriented. I highly recommend his shop

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
Yes! You can return your purchase.
I want you to be happy with my jewelry and your purchase! If my work does not live up to your expectations simply mail the item(s) back to me within 7 days of receiving it. Once I receive the work back I'll promptly issue you a full refund less shipping costs. Please send the item back in the original box and in original condition. Custom made pieces cannot be returned however sometimes this is possible depending on the design of the piece.
I also suggest insuring the work when sending it back as typically insurance is very inexpensive.
When will my order ship?
Fast, responsive shipping.
I typically send orders out within 24 hours of receiving notification of the transaction and payment. If you place an order on a weekday it will typically be mailed out to you the next day. Orders placed during a weekend will be mailed out on Monday. If for some reason I cannot mail your item out within that time I will send you a convo with the expected ship date. Also; once your order ships you will receive notification of shipping plus a tracking number for the package.
Custom orders:
I always provide customers with an estimate of completion time regarding a custom order prior to them placing the order. No surprises.
How do you package your items?
Gift ready packaging!
All my work is sent to you in beautiful jewelry boxes tied with ribbons; very attractive and ready for gift giving. The box will be packed within a separate padded or bubble wrapped mailing envelope to fully protect the jewelry.
What if my item is lost in the mail?
All purchases fully insured.
Fortunately a lost package doesn't happen often. However; I insure all work sent out to you for full purchase price. If an item does get lost and ultimately does not arrive you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price.
Can you resize my ring if it doesn't fit?
Generally, no.
Most of my rings use stones, gemstones or glass that can be very heat sensitive (they can easily be damaged during resizing and resoldering
the ring). If the ring is not a made to order ring I am happy to have it returned and I will refund your purchase; or make you a new one at no additional charge provided I have a similar materials used in the original ring. Additional shipping charges for replacement ring will apply.
If the ring was a custom order I will be more than happy to assist you in finding a local jeweler who has the ability to do fusion or pulse welding; a process that can resize a ring and greatly minimize damage to the stone, gemstone or glass used in the setting.
Do you do custom work?
All the time!
A lot of my jewelry is made to order or might involve changing an existing design. I have made rings and pendants using stones and gems provided to me by the customer. If you have a concept, idea or like something in my shop but need it a different size let me know and I'll be happy to work with you!
