The artwork quality is absolutely amazing, and it has become an instant hit with my little boy. I'm delighted to give it a well-deserved 5-star rating! The level of detail in the monster print is remarkable. Each vibrant color pops off the page, and the intricate designs truly bring the monsters to life. It's clear that Jen Beck Designs is incredibly talented and passionate about their work. What impresses me the most is how much my little boy loves this artwork. Where will my order ship from?
Orders are printed and shipped by my professional print partner using the facility closest to you. Depending on your location, this may be in the United States, Europe, or Australia. Etsy may display “Ships from USA” by default, but rest assured your order will be fulfilled from the nearest available location for the fastest delivery.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by region:
• USA: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 3–6 business days
• Australia: 2–6 business days
Overall, most customers receive their order within 5–10 business days from purchase.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. You can follow your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
What type of paper do you use?
All prints are professionally printed on thick matte paper using a multicolor, water-based inkjet technique that produces vivid, long-lasting color.
Paper thickness: 10.3 mil (0.26 mm)
Paper weight: 189 g/m²
Do you accept custom order requests?
At this time I’m not routinely accepting custom requests, but please reach out if you’re looking for something specific — I may be able to help depending on my current workload.
What is your return policy?
I don’t generally accept returns or exchanges, but I’m always happy to help resolve any issue. If something arrives damaged or if there’s an error with your order, please message me within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if I receive the wrong item?
This is very unlikely, but if you receive the wrong print in the mail, please message me right away. I’ll make sure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
