This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from my shop, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or related sites and services.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to give me), such as your:

email address
postal address
payment information (handled securely by Etsy)
and details of the product you’re ordering.
I may also collect personal information you provide in the personalization field or through direct messages (for example, a pet’s name).
I do not receive or store your payment details. Etsy processes all payments securely.
2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, resolving disputes, or providing customer support;

Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Printful: I use Printful, Inc. to produce and ship your orders. I share only the information necessary for Printful to fulfill your order (such as your name, address, and order details). Printful complies with GDPR and maintains its own privacy policy at https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy
Service providers: I may engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services (like delivery companies). I share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Legal compliance: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process, comply with laws, or protect my rights.
4. Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in this policy.
Typically, I keep order-related data for up to 5 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
I securely delete or anonymize data after that period.
