Absolutely loved this item! It exceeded my expectations and looks even better than pictured. I reached out to the seller to customize the hair to match my son, and after sending a photo, she made the adjustments perfectly—the cake topper now looks just like him, which made it extra special. There was an issue with delivery due to the post office misdelivering the package, but the seller immediately offered a replacement. Her responsiveness and willingness to help really showed her commitment to excellent customer service. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely purchase from her again and highly recommend her to others!

Julie was amazing! I needed this cake topper for a birthday on 3/8/26 and before I ordered it on Monday 3/3/26 I messaged Julie to ask if I chose fast shipping is it possible I could get it within the same week not only did I received it on Wednesday but Julie wrote me back and said she was headed to the post office on the day I ordered which was Monday 3/3/26. Customer service 10/10 and Julie went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have a topper for my cake.
