How to download digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, your download will be available at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
Only received a pdf document, not the files I purchased!
Etsy has a 20 MB limit/item. Some files exceed this limitation. So we need to host these files with a third party. The pdf you receive is a download guide with links, so please read it carefully, follow the steps and in the end enjoy your purchase!
Digital File not working properly
If there is a problem with a file please reach out to me either on Etsy or on Info@jupiterdigitaldesign.com and specify what the issues are so I may fix the issue and send you a link to download the new file with free of charge
