This is a beautiful, high quality tree. It is easy to put together and very sturdy. Inky loves how tall the tree is and the multiple vantage points from which to harass birds and squirrels in the yard. This is Inky’s second tree from KBS Pets and the flower beds have been her favorite hangout so far. Since Inky doesn’t like stepping on anything too fluffy, I asked about switching the beds on this tree to plain white fabric and my request was accommodated easily. Shipping does take a while and it is completely worth the wait. UPS actually lost my package and KBS was so responsive and proactive about keeping me in the loop regarding remaking the tree and shipping it out again, I was beyond impressed with them. This will not be our last purchase from this company. 5,000 out of 5 stars. Could not recommend more!!!
