How do I download my digital game?
After Etsy confirms your payment, go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews, find your order, and select Download Files. Digital downloads generally cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app, so use a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. If you have trouble accessing the files, message me through Etsy.
What will I receive with my purchase?
You will receive the digital files described in the listing, typically including a printable game PDF, instructions, and any applicable answer key or printing guide. No physical cards or other products will be mailed. Please review the individual listing’s “What You Receive” section before purchasing.
How should I print the game cards?
Open the PDF and print on US Letter paper at 100% or “Actual Size.” White cardstock is recommended for stronger cards. Cut along the card borders, then shuffle and play. You may also print at a local print shop. Colors can vary slightly depending on the screen, printer, ink, and paper.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel a digital order?
Because digital files are available immediately after purchase, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. However, if a file is missing, damaged, or difficult to open, please message me through Etsy. I will help resolve the download or file problem.
Can I share or resell the digital files?
No. Your purchase is licensed for personal use only. You may print the game for your own household, parties, classroom, church group, or personal events. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, or commercially reproduce the digital files or printed cards.
