1 out of 5 starsI would give this one star if I could. I was super excited to get this beautiful cup. A few days had passed and I messaged her and asked when it would ship. I was told Friday. Well it’s almost the NEXT Friday and I hadn’t heard back. So I reached out again, no answer. So I sent a help request. Still no response. So I clicked her page and it sorry the shop was closed. I messaged Etsy and was refunded my money due to her stealing it and closing shop. Thank you Etsy for being so awesome in helping with this thief!

How do I access my digital download?
