All items in my shop are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files instantly. No physical items will be shipped.

2. What file formats are included?

All products come in high-resolution PNG and JPEG (300 DPI), perfect for printing or digital use. Please check each product description for details.

3. Can I request custom designs?

Yes! I love creating personalized artworks or cliparts. If you’d like a specific color, text, or custom element, please message me before ordering, and I’ll be happy to discuss your request.

4. Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

All designs are for personal use and commercial products only. If you’re interested in a commercial license (for small business use, POD, etc.), please contact me for details.

5. Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Because my items are digital files, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issue with your download or files, please contact me — I’ll make sure you get the correct files.

6. How can I print my files?

You can print your files at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. For the best results, I recommend using high-quality paper (matte or glossy) and printing at 100% scale.

7. I didn’t receive my files, what should I do?

First, check the email associated with your Etsy account (including your spam folder). You can also find your files anytime by going to: Your Account > Purchases & Reviews > Download Files. If you still have issues, just send me a message and I’ll help right away.
