Are your products physical items or digital downloads?
All products in our shop are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Once purchased, you can instantly download your files and start creating!
How do I download my files?
After completing your purchase, your files will be available for download through Etsy. You can find them under “Purchases and Reviews” in your Etsy account. If you need help, feel free to message us!
Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?
Our Clipart/ PNG files are for personal use and small commercial use. Our wall art does NOT include commercial use.
What file formats do you provide?
Most designs are provided as high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds, perfect for printing on various surfaces. If you need another format, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to resolve them.
Can you create custom designs?
We love custom projects! If you’re looking for something unique, send us a message, and we can discuss your ideas and pricing.
Can I re-sell your designs as digital files?
No, reselling our digital files or claiming them as your own is prohibited. You can, however, use them to create physical products for personal or commercial use but you can not resell the design file itself.
