For custom and personalized orders please list your customizations in the personalization box when ordering. If there is no box send me a message letting me know what you need and I will message you back to make sure your order is perfect. The personalization box is for the wording and font options. If you would like a different color shirt, mug or other item send a message to let me know what you would like. If there is a particular design you have in mind or something you want to create send me a message so we can come together to create exactly what it is you need.

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Don’t use an abrasive pad (ex: Brillo pad) on the design of the mug as it will scratch it off.

Shirts can be washed according to normal care listed on the tag of the shirt. For shirts made with iron on vinyl I would suggest a low tumble dry or air dry for longevity.

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless I made a mistake on the order or the order was damaged in shipping. If the mistake was my fault I will either ship you a corrected item with expedited shipping at no cost to you or refund you if you prefer. If your item was damaged in shipping I will either refund you or send you a new item with proof of the damaged item.
