5 out of 5 starsI still gave a five star, however when I ordered it, I wasn't informed that it was on backorder, and needed it for a ceremony and it came the day after, so I had to buy another dress to use. Just wanted to say that if I wasn't pleased with the dress itself I would have sent it back for refund as I ordered way in advance and it took about 3 - 4 weeks for delivery.

1 out of 5 starsThe wrong size was sent. The seller promised to send a return label so I can return and get the right size. This was about two months ago. Still no return label and I am stuck with a dress too large. I paid a lot for this dress. Very upset with this seller.

We are not sure how this happened, another dress was sent to you, the tracking shows that it went to your backyard about four weeks ago. we truly wish that you would’ve inbox us and let us know that you didn’t receive it because we could’ve shared the tracking information to get to the bottom of it.

1 out of 5 starsAt first, customer service was great. They promised to ship the item by last Monday. On Thursday morning I contacted the seller asking why they still hadn’t shipped the dress. They have not responded. I’m wondering if I was the victim of theft.

good day your item was shipped the day we spoke and, I submitted pics of the tracking number as well as the package. I also provided the tracking # to Etsy which is part of the fulfillment process.
