Unfortunately the item was never sent, I sent multiple messages asking for an update. Eventually when I asked for my money back, I received a response in less than 10 minutes. After a few excuses and telling them that I was going to report this to Etsy, they were able to refund the money. I don't quite know what to think of the situation. Could've been resolved with a simple update. Too bad, my daughter was really looking forward to receiving this product for art class.
