This was a relatively simple sew, due partly to the good instructions and the video. I made mine out of upholstery vinyl for the base, decor-weight fabric for the upper exterior, and interfaced cotton woven for the lining. I'm very happy with it.

I am looking forward to jumping into this project along with the Pisces pdf that adds to this pattern. With both patterns,it’s comprehensive in its scope and well written. This pattern has techniques to bring your skills to a more professional level.

This pattern was very detailed and included great visuals! It was easy to follow and quick to sew! The finished product turns out great. The seller is also very responsive and answered my questions about fabric choices in a quick turnaround!

Easy to download, well-written instructions to be used as variations with the Aries Crossbody (of which I am currently in the process of simultaneously making 3 of them.) I love all the options provided so that you can personalize your handbag exactly how it best works for you. Along with the expertly written, detailed instructions, video tutorials are provided via her YouTube channel. The pattern pieces take a little bit of time to cut out, but they are formatted to be able to print on letter-size printer and are very clear and easy to put together. I'm really looking forward to making the Aries with all these variations. I love the plethora of options. The Knotted Thread stands out as an exceptional pattern writer and I would have no hesitation recommending her patterns or buying them again. The Rowena is next on my list!

I haven’t yet made this pattern as I’ve been hooked on the Aries pattern from this same shop, but if there’s one thing I can say about this pattern maker, she is nothing if not thorough in her instructions. Aside from that, she offers tutorials on YouTube and her patterns are so well-done and popular that many bagmakers also provide tutorials on their YouTube channels. Can’t wait to try this one!

This is a great pattern with excellent written instructions and accompanying video. I made the minimalist pattern and it was such an easy build.

This is my first purchase from this shop. As someone who has purchased patterns from other pattern-makers, I really have to give kudos to this maker. I have never seen a more well-written pattern. The amount of detail provided along with a plethora of step-by-step photos is so helpful in walking you through every step and providing helpful tips along the way, but if that isn’t enough, she also provides a video link. Humor included at no additional charge! The pattern pieces are well-marked; she provides a pattern assembly guide. She does warn you that the pattern is device-friendly rather than printer-friendly. Pro tip: Print instructions 2/pg double-sided. The text is bold, clear and easy-to-read. Additionally, she provides a cut list, outline what needs to be cut for exterior, lining and stabilizer. Awesome on all fronts!
