Can you expedite shipping?
Unfortunately, no. We work with a print shop who ships your product directly from their print facility. They do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Why don’t you allow returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges because our business operates on a print-on-demand model. Once you place an order, we immediately work with our print shop to fulfill it. Since our costs are directly tied to the print shop, we can only offer refunds if they are willing to provide one. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our best to make you happy.
Can I cancel my order?
Our order processing is highly automated, and we send orders to our printer within one hour of your purchase. Due to this rapid processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once the order has been submitted. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it.
