Reading age or Standard / CEFR A1–C1 and an optional keepsake certificate are included at no extra cost. CEFR guides the story language; the certificate is not an accredited qualification. Finished stories are in English. You may send your details in English, Spanish or Catalan. Names and story details may be fictional.

Story preparation takes 1–5 working days after payment and complete details. Their World and Star include a proof and one consolidated reasonable revision within the agreed brief; waiting for your reply or approval is additional. Silence is not approval. Name uses the existing story and character, with no promised proof service. Custom cartoons do not guarantee an exact likeness. Hardcovers are printed after proof approval: allow 3–5 working days for printing and approximately 2–4 working days for UK delivery. See Etsy’s order estimate. No physical delivery to Spain at present.

YOUR STORY MEMORY BOOKS
Digital: £24.99 for an eight-page A5 English PDF. Printed: £35.99 for one eight-page A5 stapled booklet, including the covers, plus the reading PDF and UK delivery. Printed covers are 300 gsm white card; inner pages are 170 gsm white satin. This is a booklet, not a hardcover. Your Story can celebrate partners, friends, family members or pets. Choose Your Story, Our Story or your own short cover title. Both options include up to 600 words focused on up to two main people or pets, up to five supplied memories, a dedication, a preview and one consolidated revision. One optional buyer-supplied photograph; you must have permission to use it. Initial preview in 3–5 working days after payment and complete details; buyer waiting is additional. The separate digital keepsake uses Etsy order downloads. Printed delivery is UK-only; digital keepsakes are available in Spain. Example names and events are fictional; design previews are not printed-sample photographs.

THUMBNAILS
£19.99: one final thumbnail for one video and one revision round. £29.99: two final variations for the same video and two revision rounds shared across the package. Both include one fresh alternative design option if the first direction is not right. This is an alternative to choose from, not an additional final-file allowance. Initial design takes 2–3 working days after payment and a complete brief; feedback and revision time is additional. Final JPG and PNG files are 3840 × 2160 pixels, with a compressed JPG below 2 MB. No editable source files, video editing, paid stock assets or guarantee of views or clicks. Use only materials you own or have permission to use.

ORDER DETAILS AND DELIVERY
Send your brief through Etsy Messages after purchase. Digital products are made to order, not instant downloads. Made-to-order digital listings use Etsy order downloads; download using a web browser or computer. The PDF included with the printed keepsake is supplied through Etsy Messages. Working days are Monday–Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Our own mistakes are corrected without using your included revision allowance.

CANCELLATIONS AND PROBLEMS
Contact us through Etsy Messages or Etsy’s help-with-order route. For digital content, where an early download is requested, we obtain the required express consent and acknowledgement before supply; without that consent we agree later delivery or cancellation before supply. Personalised physical goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights; this does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed items. We will arrange an appropriate correction, replacement or refund where required. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel and refund it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

USE OF FILES
Story PDFs are for personal reading, gifting and personal printing, not resale or redistribution. Thumbnail final files may be used on your own video/channel. Included third-party assets remain subject to their original permissions. A supplier-specific commercial storybook print file is not included with a digital PDF purchase.

OPTIONAL WITHDRAWAL NOTICE
Where a withdrawal right applies, you can use Etsy’s help-with-order route or send a message to KubzMedia: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following order: [order number and item]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Buyer name: [name]. Buyer address: [address, where needed to identify the order]. Date: [date].” No particular wording is required to make a valid withdrawal request. This form does not create a cancellation right where a valid personalised-goods or digital-content exception applies.
