I was really unhappy with the product I received in the mail. It was not true to size, the quality of fabric was very low, and the image quality was blurry. I do not recommend buying the sweatshirt I bought. I bought a 4x so it would be big and it fits my size small sisters body. A 4x should not fit a small like a small. A 4x should be huge on a small frame! Very unsatisfied customer.

The item arrived safely and in good condition. My main comment about this order is that I chose under Etsy filter for stores that are located in the US. This was with the intention to have a quicker time in the mail. It turns out the item was shipped from China, which is fine, it just wasn't my expectation nor intention to wait 2 months for my order. Granted there is also Covid to take into account. In the end I love my hoodie and I can't wait to use the next time it's cold out. The shop was communicative and made an adjustment to my address that I entered incorrectly. Thank you for your time.
