1 out of 5 starsI ordered this item and wrote a note to the seller both through the messaging and through the ordering that I needed the item no later than August 1. The Seller responded that she could not guarantee that, but also said she would need to charge me regardless because it was not returnable and not refundable. honestly, I can’t understand why she accepted the order at all considering I was very clear about when I needed it. The item is not particularly expensive, but it’s also not high quality. The edges of the scarf are not even finished.. I would expected the seller to cancel the order the moment she saw that I had asked for guaranteed shipment by August 1. That was done in real time when I ordered it and not afterwards.

When I saw your note requesting delivery by August 1, I immediately contacted my production partner to see if the timeline could be expedited. The item is made and shipped from within the U.S., and the estimated delivery window (August 2–5) was shown at checkout. I always do my best to assist and communicate clearly — even when I can’t control production or shipping times. I appreciate your order and your honest review.
