1. Information - to complete your order, you must provide me certain information (which you authorized Etsy to give me) , such as: your name, email address, mailing address, payment information and details of the product you are ordering.

-to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support.
-to improve my products and customer service

-Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Please message me in the Etsy app if you have any problems with your purchase. I am happy to work with you to resolve any issues. I will reply as soon as I can (usually after work!) Please do not email me as messages are sometimes lost in folders I don't check frequently.

Price includes FREE standard shipping via Letter mail (NO tracking or insurance). Upgraded shipping that includes tracking is available at Checkout. I highly recommend upgrading shipping for orders over $50.
