Welcome to our shop! We are delighted that you found us! We are a small family business. My husband Peter and I are both very creative and we have enjoyed working together for many years creating one-of-a-kind crafts and gifts that have brought delight to so many people
Our creative journey started many years ago when we lived on Long Island, New York. We had just built a new house and we wanted to decorate it with unique handmade things. On weekends we would go to local craft shows to look for those one-of-a-kind items that would make our new house a home. Each time we went to a craft fair we came away disappointed that the cost of the items we wanted were way above our budget. We felt that we could do better, and we decided that we would create our own line of high-quality handmade items and keep them affordably priced so more people could enjoy them. It was a wonderful experience being able to create beautiful handmade items that our many customers loved and enjoyed.
Almost twenty years ago we moved to Lancaster County, PA. I had always loved sewing and wanted to learn how to quilt. We both still enjoyed the creative process, so we ventured into fiber arts. Over the years we have made many baby quilts, lap quilts, mug rugs and other sewing items as gifts for family and friends. With all the positive feedback that we had received from them we decided that opening an Esty Shop would be the next phase for our home-based business.
We have launched this Etsy Shop with those same values – to create excellent quality items that are affordably priced. As time goes on, we will be adding more items to our shop with the hope that most buyers will be able to find something within their budget.
