This cup is amazing! I eat sunflower seeds all the time. I have used other seed cups but this surpasses them all. It is small, easy to hold and looks way better than spitting into a bottle.

It can handle 10 lbs according to the website, and I have noticed no issues with a coat that weighs approximately 6.6 lbs. I haven't needed to travel with it yet, so I can tell how well it will handle airline travel.
