The seller has been very responsive to my questions even after receipt and assist with installation.

Even 40 days after the day I ordered, the steering wheel was never handed to the shipping company (DHL). The seller in messages looks kind and helpful, but does not fulfill his obligation as a seller to ship and deliver within the promised timeframe. Seller also used many excuses for the extended delay. Etsy support was very helpful with this case and has refunded me. Avoid this seller.

Awful experience with this seller. Order was marked as "shipped" 7 days after purchase in January. It's now mid-March, and I still have not received tracking info or the product. They have been very dismissive and falsely reassuring when I've complained to them, and have never provided any solutions. Do not buy anything from this store.

Expected delivery 3/4-3/11. It’s 3/19 and I still don’t have my order. It’s close to 2 month, and no movement of my order. How can I trust a seller if it will not assist in resolving the shipment from the delivery company.
