My journey into personal training
When I first found my passion for fitness, I wasn't a mom and couldn't relate to the women who already had their babies and were wanting to get fit. Now that I'm a mother myself, I can truly understand my role as a personal trainer in helping other moms break through the barriers to find the new fit versions of themselves.
Being a mom is a tough role! Its confusing figuring out who you want to be in this life once the baby is here- stay at home, or work? Keep your gym membership or find at-home workouts? Home cooked meals? It can be overwhelming, right? That's where I come in, and why I LOVE my job!
All across the United States and the world, I am able to coach online training to anyone with internet. I provide custom workout plans for in the gym or at home, nutrition guidance and macro tracking, mindset practice, and goal setting. We communicate through email and on the phone, so my clients never feel confused or left behind!
