Excellent customer service, they answered all my questions and Mr. Janish was very helpful and courteous. Excellent packaging. Delivery within the expected 3 weeks. The only flaw is the rear profile for wall attachment which needs to be glued better, but the problem was solved with a good mirror glue.

Very nice quality build. backing frame is nice, the built in button glows in the dark (can be turned off fully) or intensity can be set with long-press. And of course the mirrors look great.

Great product and delivered faster than expected

I was looking for an LED mirror that would suit my narrow vanity, and I finally found this one. Ordering process was easy as the product description is very detailed. Delivery was way faster than predicted. The mirror itself: beautiful. Exactly as described, and packed in layers of styrofoam so that it arrived safely. Inside the package was also a booklet with more info on installation & technical specifications. I didn't have the chance to install the product yet, but to hold it feels great already, and the item seems to be done with great quality. It's very slim so it will blend nicely to the wall. The LED part makes a nice frame, but it's quite narrow at the same time, which is a big plus (= it doesn't take away much space from the mirror area). The touch area is discreet. Communication with Janis was excellent.
