All items must be paid in full prior to shipping.

All items being sent to the UK will be sent out by 2nd class Royal Mail Signed For, within 2-3 days of the payment clearing. If you need your item sooner please choose one of the available shipping upgrades.
All items being sent overseas will be sent out by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed within 2-3 days of the payment clearing.
Customs charges from overseas orders are the responsibility of the buyer, not LemonTree Yoga.
Please ensure you put the CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS on your order.
LemonTree Yoga will not be responsible for any orders which cannot be delivered due to the wrong address being provided.

When you purchase an item from my shop you authorise Etsy to provide me with certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product you have purchased. If you request a custom order from me you may also choose to provide me with additional personal information.

I need your information to fulfil any order you place with me, to settle disputes and to provide customer support.
I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

How long I keep personal data
I am required to keep the personal data on order forms to comply with legal and UK tax obligations for a period of 7 years. After this time has elapsed your data is destroyed.
