1. Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to us. We attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and therefore treat your data responsibly.
Therefore, your personal data will only be collected, processed and used in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can visit our online shop at any time without giving or leaving any information about yourself. The data is stored anonymously and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity.
2. Personal Data
According to Art. 4.1 GDPR, personal data is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number.
Personal data is only recorded by us if you provide it, for example, as part of an online order or registration. The data is collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of being able to carry out your orders according to your wishes.
The data collected includes in particular your address data or the additional data required for certain payment methods. As part of your orders, data about the orders such as price, item, quantity and similar information are also assigned to your address data.
3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Your personal data will be passed on to third parties insofar as it is necessary for the processing of your contractual relationship with us in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Recipients of the data may be:
Public bodies that receive data due to legal regulations (e.g. social security agencies, tax authorities),
Internal departments involved in the execution of the respective business processes (personnel administration, accounting, banking institutions/payment service providers, accounting, customer service, marketing, sales),
for shipping products, the transport/shipping company commissioned by us,
contractual partners, insofar as this is required or permitted by statutory provisions.
In addition, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties unless Let's Party Box is obliged to do so by mandatory statutory provisions or unless you expressly determine this yourself.
4. Use of Cookies
Like many other companies, we automatically receive certain information from your web browser when you visit our website. Among other things, we use so-called "cookies". Cookies are used to simplify internet use and communication. These are small text files that our website sends to your browser and are stored there temporarily. A cookie only contains data that a server outputs and/or the user enters upon request. They therefore contain purely technical information and no personal data. If you accept cookies on our website, we do not have access to your personal information, but we can use the cookies to identify your computer. The sole purpose is to adapt our offer to your wishes in the best possible way and to make surfing with us as comfortable as possible.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can independently allow or prohibit temporary and saved cookies in your browser's security settings. If you wish, you can generally suppress the storage of cookies via your web browser or decide whether you wish them to be stored or not. However, the deactivation or non-acceptance of cookies can mean that some pages can no longer be displayed correctly.
We use "temporary" (also known as "session" cookies) cookies: they do not remain on your computer. If you leave our website, the session cookie will also be discarded. With the help of the information collected in this way, we can analyze usage patterns and structures of our website.
We also use "stored" cookies: they remain on your computer to facilitate shopping, personalization and registration services on your next visit. For example, cookies can remember what you have chosen to purchase as you continue to shop. Saved cookies can be deleted manually in the browser settings.
You can obtain more detailed information on configuring and deleting cookies from the manufacturer of your respective browser or in the help function of your web browser.
5. Use of Social Plugins
Social plugins from Twitter, Google Plus, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram are used on our websites to make the online shop more personal. For this we use, among other things, the Facebook "LIKE" button (also known as the "Like" button), the "Google +1" button, as well as the services of Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram.
These are offers from the companies Facebook Inc. (1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA), Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) and Twitter Inc. (795 Folsom St ., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA).
If you visit a page of our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser will automatically connect to a Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or Google Plus server and the content will be loaded from these pages. Your visit may be tracked by Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or Google Plus, even if you do not actively use the functions offered yourself. If you have one of the social plug-ins, you can use the corresponding social plug-in and thus share information with your friends and acquaintances. We have no influence on the social plug-ins and the transmission of information. You can find more information about the type, scope, purpose and further processing of your data, along with further information on your rights and setting options to protect your privacy, on the Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/policy.php), Instagram (http https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/#), Twitter (https://twitter.com/privacy) and Google Plus (https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ ) and Pinterest (https://policy.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy).
By logging out of the pages of your social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Plus) and deleting previously set cookies, you can prevent Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram, Pinterest or Twitter from linking your visit to our site to your respective user account on Facebook , Twitter, Google Plus or Instagram.
6. Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). Google Analytics also uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On behalf of the website operator, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your web browser settings accordingly. In this respect, we refer to the above statements on the use, deletion and non-acceptance of cookies and the possibly restricted usability and functionality of the website as a result. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link : http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
7. Use of Google AdWords
This website also uses Google AdWords, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer (“conversion cookie”) if you have reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain of our pages and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that someone clicked on the ad and was thus forwarded to our website. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained using the "conversion cookie" is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. We do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want to take part in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example by means of a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. You can also deactivate cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the "googleadservices.com" domain are blocked.
8. Protection of your data
For optimal protection of your data, we have encrypted the ordering process with SSL. You can recognize this by the lock symbol that your web browser displays for an SSL connection.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol developed to enable secure data transmission over the Internet. SSL uses the public key method. With this, data encoded with a publicly accessible key can only be decrypted again with a very specific private key.
