Beside, -ordering receipt is generated automatically by Etsy and sent to email; - processing and delivery profile is clear on the description; - return and exchange policy is open on the description; -dispatch notifications and tracking records are also generated and sent to your email -actual delivery time is based on the speed of custom clearing and your local carrier, we have dispatched your item on time - we are open for dispute and willing to provide information to Etsy, and at the same time we are protected by Etsy’s Seller Policy
