This Privacy Policy describes how and when LifyPlanners collects, uses and shares information when you buy a digital planner from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Etsy.com and our Planner Builder websites (subdomains of lifyplanners.com).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties we do not own or control, including Etsy. You can read the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn about its privacy practices.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To fulfil your order, Etsy provides us with certain information, such as your name, Etsy username, email address, the details of the items you ordered and, depending on your order, your postal address. We do not receive your payment card details. If you message us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Our Planner Builder does not ask for your name or email and does not use accounts. Your access code and your planner choices are saved only in your own browser on your device, so the builder remembers them. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our websites.

WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT
We rely on these legal bases:
• to provide our services: to deliver your digital files, give you access to the Planner Builder, answer your questions and provide customer support;
• to comply with legal obligations, such as keeping order records as required by tax and accounting law;
• our legitimate interests in providing and improving our services and in complying with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use;
• your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, if you ever agree to receive news from us. We never send marketing messages without your consent.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We share your personal information only in limited cases:
• Etsy, as needed to provide our services and to comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use;
• service providers that host our websites and files (Cloudflare for the Planner Builder and Google Drive for the bonus sticker downloads). They may process technical data such as your IP address when you open the website or download a file;
• authorities, if we are required to by law;
• a buyer of our business, if we ever sell or merge it, only to the extent permitted by law.

DATA RETENTION
We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, and for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep order records.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
Some of our service providers, such as Etsy, Cloudflare and Google, may process information outside the EU, including in the United States. In those cases the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you live in the EU or another region with similar laws, you have the right to:
• access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct, restrict or delete your personal information, unless we must keep it for legal reasons;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz).
