LightWave Shop was created in 2017. Our shop is a family business established by two sisters. During 8 years we have been serving artisans and handicrafts.
LightWaveShop is a supplier who offers high-quality craft supplies for various kinds of crafts: jewelry making, purse making, leathercraft, furniture making from a wide variety of materials: sterling silver, solid brass, natural wood, stainless steel, etc.
Our mission is to provide our customers with a convenient service for ordering a wide range of relevant supplies and findings.
To achieve this goal, we have organized production, quality and safety control of products. It is located on the territory of Mainland China.
We use several warehouses in the United States, Germany, Hong Kong. It allows us to control shipping time and deliver orders in a timely manner. We are constantly improving and strive to provide as best service as possible.

Refund fees
Please note that if you ask me to cancel your order, PayPal fees for the transaction will not be refunded: $0.3 + 3.9% from the order total. Paypal retains those fees and I can not reimburse them.
Shipping to remote areas
If a shipping address belongs to a remote area, including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, it may require extra shipping cost to deliver order to those areas.
