The glass is awesome. I was surprised on how it was packaged for shipping being it was glass and carriers are typically rough with packages. It arrived a little beat up (chunks missing from the styrofoam) - but shockingly it was not broken

The item arrived quickly and was great quality. Although it was packaged very securely, the straw unfortunately came broken. But the seller offered a frictionless and quick resolution and I was more than happy with their level of customer service! Would definitely recommend.

The glass itself is sturdy, came with a plastic straw and a flimsy plastic lid.

I really like this cup - the first lid I got actually had trouble staying in, but Jeremiyah was really responsive and sent me a new one. The new lid works just perfectly and I'm enjoying the cup - thank you!

It works well when fully charged but doesn't stay charged long, and loses power pretty quick. I could only find one speed. I'll keep looking for a frother with a longer lasting recharge.

Seller is misleading. States he is shipping from illinois, but tracking info showed it was being shipped from china. I found the same tumbler on amazon for $8, and this seller is reselling for $30. After I reached out to the seller to clarify- my order “went missing” and was returned to the warehouse. Etsy refunded me after the seller did not.
