Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files?
Once your payment goes through, Etsy gives you a download link. You can also find your files later under Purchases in your Etsy account.
Will anything come in the post?
No. Everything in this shop is a digital download.
Do I need a cutting machine for the gift boxes?
No. You can print the templates and cut them with scissors. Every box style has a guide with a picture for each step.
How do the planners work?
They are PDFs for tablets. Tap a date and it takes you to that page. You'll need a PDF app that can follow links.
A file won't open or looks wrong. What now?
Message me with the item name and the device you're using, and I'll help. Because files are delivered straight away, I don't normally offer cancellations or returns, but this doesn't affect your legal rights.
