Since each piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if an error occurs on our end, we’ll promptly correct it to your satisfaction.
For the best results, please measure carefully with a steel tape measure, double-check your dimensions, and contact us anytime with questions or photos of your windows — we’re always happy to assist before you order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because all pieces are custom-made, cancellations may incur charges for any labor already completed, materials ordered, and the time spent procuring them. If significant design or consultation time has been provided prior to cancellation, a consultation fee of up to $200 may be deducted from your refund.

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, address, phone number, or email) will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to anyone.

Photos:
We love showcasing our work on social media and may post photos of completed window treatments—either in our workroom or from images you’ve shared once installed. By placing an order, you grant permission for us to feature these photos. We will always respect your privacy and never reveal your name, address, or personal details.

Orders are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, though smaller packages may be sent through USPS. Your quote will include the shipping cost and carrier details.

Most orders ship within 6–8 weeks of being placed, depending on fabric availability and workload. Some may ship sooner, while others may take a bit longer during busy periods. The estimated lead time for your specific order will always be noted in your quote, so you’ll know when to expect shipment.

Please roll all fabrics on a tube before shipping. If fabric is flat-folded, creases may be difficult to remove completely, even with careful ironing or steaming. We will always do our best, but rolled fabric helps ensure the best results.

Where to Ship Materials:
Send fabrics, templates, and other materials to the address provided on your quote.

To ensure the highest quality, we carefully inspect all fabric and will do our best to cut around any visible flaws. Some imperfections may not be noticeable until the window treatment is complete. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide fabric that is flawless or nearly flawless.

If using fabrics from curtain panels, bedding, or similar sources, an upcharge may apply due to deconstructing and pressing the material. Please note that pattern placement cannot always be guaranteed, as panels may vary.

We offer several lining options to suit your needs:

Basic Lining: White, lightweight, and light-filtering; ideal for sheer fabrics or a soft, flowy look (dependent on fabric choice).

Premium Napped Lining: Soft, flannel-backed medium-weight cotton; our most popular option and suitable for most window treatments.

Blackout Lining: White lining that blocks up to 95% of sunlight (depending on the style of treatment).

Your quote will specify the lining used. If you prefer a specific lining, such as blackout, we will include that in your quote.

No fabric is completely stable. All fabrics may shrink or stretch over time due to yarn content, weave, weather, humidity, or handling. Loose weaves and stretchy fabrics are especially susceptible. While we account for these factors when creating your custom window treatments, we cannot be responsible for changes in length.

Fabric Durability:
Fabrics wear differently depending on use, sunlight, moisture, humidity, dirt, and cleaning or pressing methods. We cannot be held responsible for how a fabric wears now or in the future.

Cord pulls are finished at no more than 40% of the shade height (for example, a 50" shade will have a 20" cord pull).

If you request a longer cord, you acknowledge that it may pose a threat to small children, and you agree not to hold our shop responsible for any resulting hazards. You understand the risks associated with longer cord pulls, including the potential for strangulation of small children.

1. Message us on Etsy with details of what you’d like a quote for. Attach inspiration photos if possible.

2. Specify Roman shades mount type: inside or outside?

3. Provide window measurements: overall width and height, plus ceiling height.

4. Send photos of your windows, ideally including both floor and ceiling. Etsy allows only 3 attachments per message, so multiple messages may be needed.

Once we have this info, we’ll send a detailed quote, often within 24 hours. If we need more details, we’ll reach out with questions.
