Very excited to start putting the Quad Creek together! Packaged incredibly well, with all parts seperated out into values for ease! Thanks Loess Labs! Update - A fun and interesting build! The quality and attention to detail are incredibly high and the synths workflow and sound design is amazingly unique!

This is my second (and most anticipated!) purchase from Loess Labs. Parts are accumulating in the cart, building this will be grand! PCB has everything clearly labeled & assembly guide has great instructions & zoom-able pics to guide one through the build process (as with other Loess Lab kits!). Get one while you can!!!

It took a long time to arrive. But that shouldn't reflect badly on Loess Labs. Their customer service and communication is excellent. They answer any questions promptly. I love filters. The Quad Creek is both a filter that can be modulated in many ways, and an instrument in its own right. Filter feedback can be harsh, but this has a lovely hum. It is very easy to patch up a beautiful drone along with some rhythmical filter pings. It seems a lot of thought and work has gone into making this pretty unique device with a wonderful tone and plenty of patching possibilities.

Quad Creek Modular Synthesizer - this is my second synthesizer after Beam Catcher Analog Light Synthesizer from LoessLab. These are extremely interesting and creative instruments. Not only are they fun to play, but they also make for enjoyable DIY projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for original soundscapes and performance discoveries.

This little thing is an absolute joy. Straightforward, enjoyable build (though perhaps not the right choice for your *very* first PCB / soldering project), and the instrument itself is full of possibilities & intriguing sounds. Dylan is very helpful & supportive - the handwritten note is a delightful touch. Can't wait to see / build / play what he comes up with next.
