Our shipping carrier is the USPO. Please note that I mail as quickly as possible but have no control over USPS timeframes.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:

You will need to file a claim with the USPO.

Search online for "USPO damage claim". It will bring up the USPO site that will ask you detailed information about your purchase. You will need several pictures of your item(s), the damage and all packing materials. DO NOT THROW ANY PACKING MATERIAL AWAY!

The decision to refund rests with the USPO. Everything has been done to guarantee a safe shipping experience from my end.
The USPO only refunds the cost of the item. They, unfortunately, do not refund the cost of shipping.
