It is unfortunate the buyer did not reach out to me prior to leaving this review as I would have been happy to help them if they were having problems downloading the files. I retested the files and they are fully downloadable. Also, the product description clearly indicates the buyer was purchasing: "20 Motivational Mental Health SVG Bundle, Inspirational Mental Health SVG Cut Files, Mental Health Digital Design Cutting Files". There is no mention of tattoos of any kind in the product description. I am always happy to any questions or help any customer who reaches out for assistance.
