Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible should a parcel not reach it's destination because of an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for checking their address is correct at the time of checkout. I cannot check your address is correct after purchase or alter an address after your order is confirmed. This is because all orders are automatically generated onto Royal Mail and your label printed and paid for at the time of your purchase.

All products come with Free Gift Wrapping & the option to include a Gift Note
Delivery Method
If you have not selected "Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 or International Tracked' then I am unable to track your order should it take longer to arrive than normal. 1st and 2nd Class Letters and Large Letters do not have tracking.
Custom and personalised orders
All Personalised Items can't be cancelled, exchanged or refunded. As these are personalised items, they can't be used for anyone else therefore, can't be cancelled if they have already been printed.
