Fifteen years a nurse. Now I help nurses get home.
I'm Choyce, an LPN with more than fifteen years in this profession — long-term care, home health, UM, Clinical review and HEDIS quality work.
I know what the drive home feels like when the shift took more than it gave. The short-staffed nights, the mandatory overtime, the charting you finish standing up. I also know that most nurses have no idea how many remote roles they already qualify for, because nobody ever tells us. I didn't know either.
So I learned it the slow way. Which roles are actually hiring. What utilization review, prior authorization, HEDIS abstraction, CDI, and telephone triage really involve day to day. Which certifications matter and which ones are a waste of your money. What language a payer's applicant tracking system is scanning for, and how to put your existing experience into that language honestly.
That's what I sell here. Guides, resume and interview materials, and done-for-you resume writing for nurses who want out of the building without leaving nursing.
Two things I want to be straightforward about.
First, everything in this shop is written by me, a licensed nurse. My shop name has "AI" in it because I use modern tools the way any working writer does — for research and for speed. What I do not do is hand your career to a chatbot. When you order a custom resume rewrite, an LPN who has actually sat through survey week and worked a HEDIS deadline is the one deciding how your experience gets framed.
Second, I only put on your resume what you have actually done. I will push you hard to recognize accomplishments you've been undervaluing for years, because most nurses do. I will not invent a credential, a date, or a number. In this profession that follows you, and it isn't worth it.
If you're staring at job boards at 2am with no idea what to search for, start with the Roadmap. That's exactly who I made it for.
