We are small company located in Alexandria, Egypt.
We have been working in Designing, manufacturing and exporting all kind of handmade oriental products since 2006.
We have had excellent reputation in handmade products through online business different platforms since 2006 and till now.
We have special level of quality in our products due to selecting all materials we use from best quality materials to get out the best quality products.
My items are custom-made belly dance costumes, dresses which We ( me and my team) manufacture it according to customers' measurements and colour selection, I am the designer of all these items, I draw the design from tailoring stage to decorating stage then I pass the design to the tailors in our team to tailor the dress or the costume according to my design and according to the customers' measurements which I get from the customer by message then I make the design for beading work and decoration then apply it on the tailored costume to pass it to our hand stitching team members to do their work regarding the handmade stitching.
according to these steps we manufacture our items from fabric and decorating elements like beads and stones to the finished product by me as the designer and our team of hand workers.
Our shop members are: Me (the designer, shop manager and shipping representative), tailor, and 5 handmade stitching workers, so, we are 7 members.
Our process to manufacture the finished item goes through several stages and steps:
step 1: We communicate to our customer asking her for her measurements to make its order accordingly.
step 2: We take the customer's measurements and make a working sheet for the order including all measurements and data for this order as colour selections and so on.
step 3: We purchase the fabric in the colour selected by the customer from one of our fabrics suppliers and purchase the decorating elements like beads and sequins and stones from our materials suppliers.
Step 4: We make a pattern from cartoon for the tailoring process to pass it to the dress maker to implement it and tailor the costume or dress accordingly.
Step 5: After getting the item tailored by our dress maker, I start to design the decorating pattern and draw it on a mesh template in order that I can apply it then on the fabric t be the guidelines which will be followed by the hand stitching workers and the design they will work on it.
Step 6: I give the tailored item after I have drawn the design on it to one of our hand stitching members to implement the design.
Step 7: as soon as the item is finished and ready I receive it from the hand stitching worker to revise the overall work and inspect if everything has been made according to my design and in best quality.
Step 8: Now the final finishing step for the finished item to be exactly as the customer's measurements and exactly as what she asked for.
Step 9: this is the last step after everything has been done properly, I pack the finished item and make shipping label in order to give it to shipping service courier to be shipped to the customer.
