Orders and Production
All physical products in this shop are printed on demand by our trusted fulfillment partner Printify and shipped directly to you. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping begins. Please allow additional time during peak seasons such as holidays.
Digital products are delivered instantly via Etsy's download system immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Shipping
Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated from the date your order leaves the fulfillment facility, not from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
MMuseDigital is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because every physical product is printed individually to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly, either through a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
For digital products, all sales are final due to the instant downloadable nature of the files. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations
Cancellations for physical products must be requested within 24 hours of purchase before the order enters production. After that window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download has been accessed.
Custom and Personalised Orders
We do not currently offer personalisation or custom orders unless explicitly stated in a specific listing.
Privacy
To fulfill your order, your name, email address, and shipping details are shared with Printify solely for production and delivery purposes. Your information is never sold or shared for any other reason. For full details on how Etsy handles your data, please refer to Etsy's Privacy Policy.
