Frequently asked questions
Is this a physical product?
No. Everything in this shop is digital. Nothing is printed or shipped — you receive files and a Canva template link instantly after purchase.
How do I personalize my invitation?
Your download includes a Canva link. Open it with a free Canva account, click any text to change it, then download your finished design as a print-ready PDF or a PNG to send digitally.
What can I edit?
All the wording — names, date, time, address, RSVP details — plus fonts and text colors. The artwork itself is the finished design background and stays as shown.
Where can I print?
At home, at a local print shop, or with an online printer. Your template is sized for standard invitation printing, and the PNG version is perfect for texting or emailing to guests.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, they can't be returned. But if anything is wrong with a file or you can't get it working, message me — I'll fix it or make it right.
Do you take custom orders?
Not at this time. Everything here is ready-made and fully personalizable by you: all the wording, fonts and text colors can be changed in Canva in minutes. If you're unsure whether a design fits your event, message me and I'll help you choose.
