On arrival, I found that the colour of the darker bookends was much lighter than in the pictures on Etsy, and that parts of my order had been badly beaten up in transit. Ricardo kindly offered to send me new pieces free of charge (apart from the shipping cost). I’m really happy with these replacements. Thanks!
