When will my order be finished
Our production time varies depending on the time of year you purchase. Most of the year our production time is 2 business days. Some items take a bit longer to be custom made. The busiest times of the year are Nov and Dec. Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day are also very busy. Please always check the item's processing time to see what our current production time is before you buy. If you need your item before this time, we do have rush shipping and rush order processing available for an extra fee. Please contact us if you need your item by a certain date if you are unsure when you will receive it.
Do you Customize and Personalize?

NOTICE, and Please Read This Announcement: You must purchase the option "Front Back Name" if you want to add a name to the back of some of my designs. If you did not buy the correct variation, we will cancel your order so you can purchase again with the correct options. Please understand, this is the ONLY fair way to handle this, as we get all our fees back this way.
Customize ~
Please message me on Etsy with any special requests to change the design. Most requests are easily done with no extra cost. If you're request is very detailed, we may request a design fee. We can only tell you if you'll need one if you submit design and quantity of order. This is a rarely used policy in our shop.
Will my piece Tarnish?
COPPER & BRASS
All copper and brass will tarnish without regular cleaning. Brass is copper with other metals, and it does not tarnish as quickly as copper. You can store it in an airtight bag when not using. Do not get it wet for extended time. Finally, keep up with cleaning if you want it to look brand new.
ALUMINUM
Our aluminum is hypoallergenic and will not tarnish. It is recommended to remove before getting wet, but it's not necessary. It is a very durable. Aluminum is lightweight and will not turn your skin any colors.
STAINLESS STEEL PLATED (Gold, Rose Gold & Silver)
As with regular Gold and Rose Gold, you will not need to keep the piece dry. You can wear in the shower or while swimming.
How do I clean my piece?
COPPER / BRASS
We recommend Brasso Brand product to clean. Please follow the directions on the package. You can find this at your local hardware or big box stores.
ALUMINUM
We recommend a simple jewelry cleaner solution and polishing cloth

If you like the photo, but want your item to be different, send us a message to create a custom order for you!
Do you stamp on the front AND back?
YES! We stamp on thick enough aluminum that we can stamp on both sides (except a couple pieces noted in listing). Keep in mind, you will want less text on the back. Every time we strike the piece with a stamp it moves the metal while cutting the letter or design. You can only move so much metal and the piece continues look well. Most pieces have a minimum characters in the notes. If you need something special, please message us. I'm sure we can come up with a solution.
