DELIVERY
I ship goods all over the world!
The order will be sent to your Etsy address, please make sure it is listed correctly.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
promise to place and ship your order within the time specified in your product card. For DIY KIT, this time is 1-3 days
All products are made to ORDER FOR YOU PERSONALLY.
- Delivery to the USA takes 2-3 weeks.
- Delivery to Australia takes 3-5 weeks (usually 3 weeks, but I can't promise that)
- Delivery to Europe takes 1-2.5 weeks.
The specified delivery times are only approximate and are not guaranteed.
If you need the goods earlier, international express delivery is possible - please email me about the delivery date of your order in private messages before buying.
Gift packaging
Each order can be packaged in a gift box with the addition of a congratulatory message. Please let me know your text of the congratulatory message in the messages.
Exchange and refund of the goods.
We accept exchange and return of goods only if you received a product other than the one ordered, the product must be in its original condition, without traces of use, to make an exchange contact us within 14 days. Shipment is paid by the buyer.
Customs duty
Possible customs duties are not included in the product price. Possible duties are fully paid by the buyer.
If the parcel does not arrive for a long time
We start searching for a parcel if the tracking number does not change its location within 14 days.
We write a request for investigation, by law the Postal service can respond to the request from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and delivered to you, or it will be recognized as lost.
If the parcel is found lost, you will be refunded 100% of the order amount.
If the parcel is found but delivered late, you will not receive a refund. Since all terms are not exact, but approximate.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the operation of the postal service.
If you didn't pick up the parcel and it was returned to the sender
If the parcel was returned to us because you did not pick up your parcel, the money will not be refunded.
If the item was damaged during shipment
If the item was damaged during shipment, please provide us with a photo within 2 days from the moment of receipt and we will send you a new item or refund the money
