Care instructions
For any personalised design we suggest you do the following:
• Wash at 40
• Do not iron directly over design
• Do not tumble dry and if you need to only do so on low. (Using a tumble dryer will affect the life of your product)
• If peeling occurs on clothing, place a tea towel or ideally parchment paper over your design, turn iron up to highest setting and turn off steam, press the item for a few minutes at a time checking the design and once re stuck turn iron off.
• For any mugs, water bottles etc do not let items sit in water. Wash the inside and gently wipe the outside surface.

Can I cancel my order/what are your T&Cs
Please check out our shop announcement for full T&Cs but short answer is no. After you have paid for your order and contract has been made between us and can not be cancelled.
