• The processing time is the length of time between when you place an order and when we hand off your order to the mail carrier for shipping. I always try my best to get orders shipped sooner.
• Once an order is shipped, delivery estimates are based on the shipping you select at checkout.
• Etsy will send a confirmation email with the tracking number, once an order is shipped.

My order says “Delivered” but I cannot find it. What should I do?
If your package says delivered but not received, you can take the following steps:
• Check around the property, including any hidden locations, like your house’s back door, where the postal worker may have placed the package.
• Check with your neighbors if they’ve received your package.
• Double-check the package’s tracking number to ensure that it is correct.
• Contact your local USPS if it's been more than 24 hours since your order was marked delivered and it still hasn't shown up.
If your package cannot be located by USPS, please reach out to me within 7 days of the delivery date.
Do you accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges?
Cancellations – We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
If you have ordered the wrong tabbing system, we can only resolve this issue before an
order has shipped.
I ordered the wrong tabbing system. What should I do? // What happens if I received my order and I no longer need/want it?
If you have ordered the wrong tabbing system, please reach out before your order has been shipped. I can then correct and then make the tabbing system that you need.
I cannot resolve this issue after an order has shipped/delivered.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
When should I reach out about a problem with my order after it has been delivered?
Please reach out within 7 days of the delivery date in order to resolve any issues with your order. This will give me the chance to resolve issues with your order or with the shipping carrier! After 7 days, I cannot resolve any issues related to orders or products.
