Please read our shop policy and guidelines in bellow before ordering:

*Please read the title and the description of items before ordering. Quantities and varieties are explained in detail. Please do not order just from pictures. More info, more detail is provided in description part.

*All shippings are via USPS, which is FREE, standard shipping and takes 2-6 business days. For expedited shipping please send a message, so we can add it do the listing, so you can add it to your cart (prices may vary regarding the package size and weight).

*We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges due to safety.

*We ARE NOT responsible for damaged, defected or lost packages via USPS. Please double check your address to make sure you entered the correct address, especially home or apartment number. We pack the packages with extra care and all are safe for shipping and have "Do not bend" and some fragile items have "handle with care" labels on envelopes/packages. It's buyers responsibility after receiving the tracking number from us to follow up or contact USPS if there will be any issue. Our shop IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any problem mentioned above and it is buyer’s own risk/responsibility, when ordering from our shop. Just in very rare cases that we agree, on Etsy convo, to accept returns and refunds, buyer HAVE TO send back the order in her/his own paid shipping label (we DO NOT provide any return shipping label), in order to receive ONLY A PARTIAL refund, since we are paying for shipping and Etsy fees, which are not eligible for refund when purchases already have been made.
